Return Policy

To request for product returns, please carefully read the following terms and conditions.

We offer a 30 day Return policy for all Domestic orders.

Terms and conditions of returns:

1. All return items must be new / unopened.

2. Customer is required to complete a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number

3. Refunds will be made to the same form of payment made or via a Store credit subject to the condition of the returned item.

Return Merchandise Authorization Form

1. Contact us via our RMA form with the following:

1.1 - Email

1.2 - Name

1.3 - Product order number

1.4 - Reason for returning the product

Kindly complete and submit the relevant information to request for an RMA number.

2. Buyer agrees and pays for the Return cost of shipping

DO NOT send products for RETURNS unless you have a RMA number.

EXCEPTIONS:

1. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

2. Products returned without RMA number will not be processed.

3. No returns for "International orders"
